Community Tennis

Welcome

The USTA Missouri Valley is committed to promoting tennis at the local level. We offer program grants to help organizations initiate or expand their tennis program activities. Grants may be used to develop organized team leagues for players of all ages, abilities and populations. Priority will be given to those programs that promote and develop the growth of tennis, target new players, link their programs to continuing play opportunities -- including group lessons and organized play programs -- and assist in the development of a local Community Tennis Association.

After a visit to a shredding machine in a Memphis factory, they'll be ground up to create cushioned, filler material for new sports surfaces. Read More

OU Campus Kids Day Brings 200 Kids to Match

The first USTA Campus Kids Day at the University of Oklahoma was a huge success and they said they hope it will become an annual event. The Sooners upset Alabama in large part because of the support of just over 200 screaming Sooner fans. Prizes and food were available throughout the dual match for all the kids that came out to support Oklahoma. The atmosphere was electric and it gave the team a huge boost.
