Established in 1980, USTA League began with 13,000 participants and has grown to more than 625,000 players from all across the nation, making it the world's largest recreational tennis league. In addition to competing locally, you can vie for district, section and even national championships – just as long as your team keeps winning.

From ages 19 to 90 (and beyond), there’s a team for you in either Adult, Senior or Super Senior ranks. Play singles, doubles or mixed.

Nine Champions Crowned in Oklahoma City

More than 600 tennis players will hit Oklahoma City from Aug. 27-30 to take part in the 2009 United States Tennis Association Missouri Valley League Section Championships. This is second of two League championship weekends being hosted in Oklahoma City this month; the previous weekend took place Aug. 13-16, where nine champions where crowned. Playing facilities will include Oklahoma City Tennis Center, Kickingbird Tennis Center, and Earlywine Tennis Center.

His simple act has brought long-lost friends back together on the court and forged new friendships. It also has former players back to the game. Even greater is that new players are on the court.

Iowa, St. Louis and Missouri Districts to Host Section League Championships

The USTA Missouri Valley Adult Competition Committee is pleased to announce they have selected the sites for the 2010 and 2011 Section League Championships. The sites were selected at the USTA Missouri Valley Semiannual Meeting on March 28, in Overland Park, Kan. after an open bid process that began last winter.
